'Switzerland is for mountain lovers'

Hike, climb, enjoy the magnificent nature!

Our favourite Hiking Holiday has to Switzerland. We travelled from Manchester to Geneva on an early morning flight with Ryan Air, then we hired a Fiat 500 soft-top using the cheapest car rental website we know which is Discover Cars and drove from Geneva to Grindelwald, obviously making plenty of stop off's along the way. Our favourite hike had to be taking the cable-car from Grindelwald to First via the Jungfrau Gondola. It takes you 2166m above sea level with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. We decided to hike the decent down and what a great adventure that was passing through the cowbell fields, amazing nature and bendy footpaths. Another great experience was the most popular one in Switzerland which is the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe Day trip where you get a coach from Interlaken to Jungfrau then take the gondola up to the Ice Palace and walk through a Glacier. You have to do this trip sooner rather than later! Read the full Interactive Article here.

For the free spirited, the cheapest ways not to fly to Europe

Open roads, fresh air and spectacular surroundings

When it comes to road trips, Europe has some of the best places to visit.

Think fresh air, windy roads, white sands beaches and astonishing glaciers. Europe really does have it all.

The even crazier thing is, you don't even need to get on a plane to experience it all. We have travelled both via Eurostar and via the Channel Tunnel in our car. We had a great experience in both. One tip is if your short for time, then definitely get the Eurostar! The train gets you from London to Paris in 2 hours and 16 minutes usually, so it's a great option if you want an easy journey. The cost depends on what time you travel, but we paid £148 per return ticket using Trainline, we found it's cheaper to depart around 4-5pm and return between 2-3pm.

However us being the road trip fanatics we are, we absolutely loved taking the car across from England to Europe. It took us almost 11 hours including stop offs to get from our home in Manchester to Paris, but it was so worth it! Using the Channel Tunnel, you choose a selected time for departure and head to the gates, however we arrived 2 hours early and we were let onto the earlier train. It cost us £85 roundtrip for the car so between 4 of us it was a great price!

Ultimate shopping experience in Los Angeles

Prepare your credit cards!
A trip recommendation from us is to get on the open top bus for the Hollywood Sightseeing & Celebrity Homes! This takes you all around Hollywood including Rodeo Drive.

It doesn't get more glam than Los Angeles does it? The two-mile-long street of Rodeo Drive is known as the most expensive street in the world.

We first visited LA back in 2019 and had to visit Rodeo Drive. The designer stores, perfectly planted palm trees and the custom built Bijin bright yellow Rolls-Royce. They all come together and create the most boujee street in America.

If you're looking for a bargain like we usually are, then maybe window shop in Rodeo Drive, but if you're ready to splash the cash and treat yourself to something nice then you HAVE to visit here!
